The session was very interesting and informative. Hope we can have more session by this trainer. The trainer was very pleasant, he was able to train us very well, in scope of our duties in the PSC.

The session has established good problem solving capabilities, interpersonal and communication skills.

Firstly, all of the members of staff enjoyed the program. They thought that the program was entertaining and insightful as it has assisted to realise some of their short-comings.
